receptionist/ administrative assistant position
Job description
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with managing the day-to-day front desk and administrative operations of the gym. Key responsibilities include initial answering the phones and emails, greeting initial customer contact and customer service, class scheduling, attendance, social media, new client enrollment, and basic marketing, and accounts receivable. Other responsibilities will be assigned as needed.
